We’ve prepared an estimate for your new single “Timeshift” - our goal here is not only to provide you with a music video you can be proud of, but to set you up for success with this upcoming release and build a good working relationship between Maybsomeday and Pending Beautiful.

Below you’ll find a few options with details for you to look over. We’re excited for you to see what we’ve put together for you!

  • The objective here is to promote not only your new single, but help you establish your band with a social media presence using visually engaging content. This will also help set the groundwork for how fans will perceive and engage with your band moving forward.

    ​For this first music video, the idea you’ve come to us with revolves around intertwining a bonfire setting with full band performance. This should feel warm and inviting like the acoustic core of the song. We’ll utilize a combination of performance shots and artful b-roll around the fire to illustrate that warmth. ​

    This setting feels like it calls for a moonlight exterior look contrasted with warm firelight to really sell the campfire vibe.

    We’ll need a good location, likely in the country, where we can host this bonfire and have ample space to ready the set and lighting. I know y’all mentioned doing a “show” at a venue, but we have an opportunity to look for a location with enough space for everyone to set up their gear, in addition to the campfire, that would feel more cohesive.

    Now for each of these options, we’re asking that the band supply the location. If anyone has the hookup for a sweet barn, that would be great!

    OPTION 1 | 2 Days of production at up to 2 band-supplied locations with a standard crew. This includes a full performance video captured of Maybsomeday, plus time set aside to interview each member about the music and their experiences.
    Deliverables include: 1 Music Video, 3+ Teasers, 5-8 pieces of content from interview, BTS Photos + Promo Photo, BTS Video.

    OPTION 2 | 1-2 Days of production at up to 2 band-supplied locations with a light crew. This includes a full performance video captured of Maybsomeday.
    Deliverables include: 1 Music Video, 2-3 Teasers, & BTS Photos + Promo Photo.

    OPTION 3 | 1 Day of production at band-supplied location with a barebones crew. This includes a full performance video captured of Maybsomeday.
    Deliverables include: 1 Music Video, 2 Teasers, & BTS Photos.

  • Option 1 - $5370
    Payment structure: 25% / 50% / 25%
    $1342.50 deposit upon signing contract, $2685 due on production day, $1342.50 due NET30 from production day

    Option 2 - $3998
    Payment structure: 25% / 50% / 25%
    $999.50 deposit upon signing contract, $1999 due on production day, $999.50 due NET30 from production day

    Option 3 - $2213
    Payment structure: 25% / 50% / 25%
    $553.25 deposit upon signing contract, $1106.50 due on production day, $553.25 due NET30 from production day
